Funny Story!

So yesterday Davis was in a mood and I was jumping through hoops to try and pacify him. He said he was hungry but then didn't want anything I offered him. He finally decided he wanted a banana but when I peeled the banana is was kinda cold, not cold to you and me but cold to a 2 year old. He immediately started to throw a fit about how he didn't ask for it cold blah, blah, blah. To make a long story short I microwaved the banana and he was happy. Oh the things mothers must do. Here is a picture of Davis being grumpy and eating his warm banana:

We woke up this morning to snow!! My kids thought it looked fun to play in...for 5 minutes. Then they were content watching it snow from inside :)

We LOVE it here!

My kids and I are in Idaho visiting Amber!! And we're having a great time!! The drive up wasn't easy by any means but it wasn't as difficult as when I drove up my two kids and me in 2006. We didn't have a mini van then. I love my totally uncool van :) Jeff's coming up for Thanksgiving and then driving back with us so I won't have to do it alone. We stayed the first night in Provo with my brother-in-law Trent and his wife Liz to break the drive up into two days. Davis totally loves Trent's scooter. He stood out in the freezing cold to watch him ride it around the parking lot. The kids loved his helmets too. When we got into Idaho we started seeing cows in the fields along the side of the road. The kids had a fun time pointing them out. One time I heard Leah say "Some of the cows are white, I wish I had a unicorn." I guess that makes sense if you're 4. And then about 5 minutes away from Amber's house Davis says "Mom, I have to go home for a second." I informed him it takes 2 days to get home and he said "Just for a second." One day I'm sure we'll all be able to teleport :)
This is a picture of Leah bucking Cash and Davis off her back :)
Baby Gray being adorable!!
Proof that Leah and Grayson look alike :) Oh those big brown eyes!

My New Blog

I spend so much time reading everyone else's blogs I thought I'd try one too :) Now a little about us: I'm a stay at home mom with 3 children. I love to play volleyball, scrapbook and read. I enjoy cooking and since my children have eczema I have learned to be quite proficient at it. At the present time we are on a dairy, corn, wheat, sugar and egg free diet. I'm up for the challenge :) My oldest is Leah and she's 4. She colors pictures everyday and loves to be "in charge". She currently loves to watch Peter Pan, Hook and Return to Neverland. Her love for these movies causes her to periodically speak in a British accent ("Motha", "Peeta" and such). My fake accent is so dreadful I have her dad indulge her, they're two peas in a pod :) My son Davis is 2, he loves his swords and light saber and takes them everywhere! He's very loving and tender and will share anything as long as you ask nicely with manners. My second son Grayson will soon be 6 months. His greatest accomplishments are his ability to say "Momma" quite adorably and his two teeth. He loves to hang out with his brother and sister and take naps. My hubby Jeff is a Physical Therapist. We've been married for 6 1/2 years. He loves to read and play guitar in his spare time.
