"They tried to make me go to rehab..."

Kidding :)

I just want to "out" myself because about a week ago we blew the dust off of our Nintendo. Yes, it's a Nintendo NES, old school right!?! Well, I'm addicted. Tetris has my heart. And really the only reason I'm even telling anyone is because I'm pretty stinkin' good at it!! Today I reached what I believe to be a lifetime best: 190 lines, 142,427 pts! Yes, the thousands of dollars spent on my college education can be best demonstrated in my Tetris skills. It's pretty sad.

You may be saying to yourself, "She has 3 kids, where does she find the time to play?" Well, Davis was napping and Leah was playing with Grayson...or so I thought. This is what he was actually doing:

Hey we practiced a lot in college for that. I am sure however that you visited with Pointdexter more than the rest of us who actually had to STUDY for classes.

I am so in love with Tetris. Of course, when you mention the word Nintendo, the phrase that pops into my head is "Death, no, Mario!!" Ah, don't you love that good mom feeling you get when you discover what your kids have been doing?

Ahh Tetris...Good job, great score...you'd beat me. BUT BRING ON DR MARIO!!!!

And don't worry about the TP...he is just showing his "queer eye" and doing a little decorating!

The TP mess sure makes me laugh - it's amazing what they can get into in so little time & without anyone noticing!

I think we should institute a new Thanksgiving and/or Christmas tradition in the Leavitt family: Dr. Mario tournaments. Winners receive a trophy of Mario wearing a doctor's coat with a stethoscope around his neck. We'll have it custom made.
