"Let the rain come down and wash away my tears"

My brother-in-law Jordan and I recently read the same book, Speaker for the dead by Orson Scott Card, anyways I cried my eyes out but Jordan nothing! What the heck! And when I texted him and told him I finished the book and had cried he replied "LOL". What's funny about me crying Jordan!?!

Anyways, my favorite part was the happy ending. A line from the last page reads "It was a good time, a good place to be, better than Ender had ever dreamed for himself in the sterile corridors of the Battle School when he was little, and fighting for his life." *sniff* I need a tissue...again.

NERD ALERT.

The book was okay. A little wierd though.

Okay, the fact that you have used a couple of Silverchair lyrics for the post titles is awesome, but Hillary Duff is cancelling out any coolness points you have racked up.

I will put the book on my list!

And lets not point fingers (nerd alert...trent...)

Good book. It has been probably 4 or 5 years since I last read it so I should pick it up again.

Bangarang Jordan!

Trent, there's something wrong with the Leavitt boys. I don't think their tear ducts work property, either that or they have no hearts. Maybe you could study that for your doctorate thesis :)

Bobbi, the book is sad so I don't know if you'll like it and you have to read Ender's Game first to really get it, but I totally loved it!!

And Jeff, aka some rock star, it's Celine Dion lyrics and don't act like you don't have that song on your ipod :)

Seriously, how that song or the new Britney got on there I will never know. I can tell you that if I get made fun of it, I just tell myself that my hope will shatter the walls for a new sun, because a new day has come.

Okay so I feel dumb, Jeff told me he commented as battle school buds but I thought it was Jordan. Anyways, good one Jeff. But why do you insist on naming She Who Shall Not Be Named? That's twice now.

I loved those books, but I like wierd things like that. And Yes, I cried for Ender too. My family read two Dean Koontz books during our super long road trip. They are weird too and I love them!
